Noodle Soup

Description

The things you can make with leftover vegetables...

Ingredients:
- half a bag of frozen vegetables: cauliflower, carrots and broccoli.
- three cloves of garlic
- a bag of instant noodles.
- two vegetable stock cubes.
- salt and pepper.

Material:
- large soup pot.
- two large bowls for the noodles.
- kitchen knife for the garlic.
- (wooden) stirring spoon
- chopping board

First things first; put the noodles in a pot or a large bowl with hot water. Allow the noodles to soak in the water.
Then you focus on the soup. If you want to you can cut the vegetables, but I chose not to do that. Put the vegetables in a big soup pot with a good 3 to 5 liters of water. Turn on the fire at the maximum (or how else you would cook your soup) and let it cook while you stir it every once in a while.
Cut your three cloves of garlic into small pieces. Add them to the cooking vegetables.
After a good 5 to 10 minutes your noodles should be soaked. I then pulled the noodles off one another with the knife and stirring spoon(instant noodles tend to stick to each other) and put them in another large bowl to let them dry for a minute.
After they're dry-ish I cut them in smaller pieces on the chopping board.. You can choose how long you make them, but I chopped them at around 5-7 cm. Put them back in the water to keep them wet.
After you chopped your noodles you just have to wait until your vegetables is starting to cook. Check your vegetables to see if they're cookied properly and then turn off the fire or leave it at a very low flame.
Pour and drip the noodles on a sieve and put the noodles in your cooking water. Stir everything to make sure it's evenly divided.
And to finish I added two vegetable stock cubes and a bit of salt and pepper. You can season it however you like, so feel free to alter this recipe to your own liking.

And that's it; you just made some very tasty soup. Enjoy! ^^
